This is your opportunity to secure a place at a fantastic 4 course dinner presented by Guest Chef Kylie Kwong with the Beaumonde Catering Brigade. Kylie Kwong's philosophy is to use the freshest ingredients and cook them simply to make the most of their clean flavours. You will enjoy a dinner highlighting some of the dishes from her new cook book matched with premium Leeuwin Estate Art Series Wines including the newly
released 2003 Art Series Chardonnay and the 2001 Art Series
Cabernet Sauvignon.

Kylie Kwong was born into a fourth-generation Australia-Chinese family, in Sydney, Australia. After learning the fundamentals of Cantonese cooking at her mother's side, she went on to realise her dream of running her own restaurant, billy kwong. Her first television series aired on the ABC in 2003, and has since been sold worldwide, as has the accompanying book, "Kylie Kwong: Heart and Soul". This special dinner will enable you to see Kylie's new book which will accompany her second TV series, this time on The LifeStyle Channel, "Kylie Kwong: Simply Magic". Cost for this evening is $120.00 per person.
